Do you know how to Grab It?!


As Kenny Rogers said, ‘You’ve got to know when to hold ’em, know when to fold ’em…’  And for WorldMarkSP Owners, you’ve got to know how to Grab It!. ‘  Last week Ilona introduced Grab It!   Today let’s take a closer look at some Grab It! basics to help make booking these amazing deals easy & helping you have even more relaxing WorldMarkSP holidays (which is the whole reason Grab It! was created)!

Tip # 1.  Make the Grab It! link a favourite on your PC.  Also, if you’re not at your usual computer, you can always visit the WorldMarkSP Website, and click the ‘My Assistant’ tab.  You can easily navigate to the Grab It! website from there.  While you’re there you can also take a look at the other online services available to help you take more holidays!

Tip # 2.  Be as specific, or as non specific as you like!  If you want to look for great deals at a particular resort you can simply select a country (Australia & New Zealand currently), and then select your Resort destination.  Alternatively, you can click the ‘see all packages’ button and browse through all the great deals going.  Maybe you’ll be tempted to book a couple of breaks?!

Tip # 3.   Once you’ve found your holiday deal, simply click the ‘Book Now’ button.  In order to be able to offer such great deals, the bookings need to be made online.  Please complete all the fields in full, and if you have chosen a cash booking, remember to authorise the payment by clicking the box, and entering the last 4 digits of the credit card we already hold on file securely.  Please remember that bookings are confirmed straight away, but payments (credits or credit card) will only be processed 30 days prior to check in.  Your Owner Services team will try to contact you for 3 days, if there is an issue taking payment – however if they are unable to contact you within this time frame, the booking will be cancelled.  (We really don’t want to do this, so please make sure you provide us with your best contact number !).

Tip # 4.  Email Confirmations.  You’ll get two!  The first email will be received within a few hours of you making your booking on the Grab It! site.  Your Email client may mistakenly think it’s a spam email, rather than confirmation of your fantastic deal, so please be sure to check your spam filter!  Please keep this email!  Your second confirmation email will come 30 days prior to check in.  It will look more like the usual WorldMarkSP confirmations you’re used to seeing.  You’ll notice that the confirmation number on the second email will be different.  This is the confirmation number you can use when you check in.  Once you receive this second email, you’ll be able to see the booking in your Owner account.

Tip # 5.  Details (there aren’t too many!). If you need to cancel, just remember this needs to happen 31 days or more in advance of check in.  Housekeeping?  The packages are inclusive of Housekeeping (no token or payment for housekeeping required, unless specifically stated on the package).

Tip # 6.  Why not Grab the opportunity to experience a Grand or Presidential Suite?  These are being snapped up quickly, so be sure to visit the website regularly as more deals become available!

    Very good clear summary of this new benefit. Thankyou.
    Just one question left:
    Who is paying for the discount: i.e if 2 nights at Dunsborough is normally 900 credits and the Grab it price is only 100 credits how is the 800 credit discount covered.
    I presume it must be Wyndham (as Developer) who is offering these great deals for WorldMark Owners and using unsold Holiday Credits to cover these specials.
